Naked smoothies can look similar on the shelf while having very different nutrition.

A fruit-forward Machine smoothie may contain more than 200 calories and around 50 grams of total sugar in one bottle. A Protein smoothie can provide 20 grams of plant-based protein with considerably less sugar, while the newer Fiber smoothies contain 9 grams of fiber per 15.2-ounce bottle.

Use the Naked Juice Nutrition Calculator above to compare the exact bottle you are drinking, including calories, carbohydrates, total sugar, fiber, protein, fat, sodium, and other available nutrients.

The Bottle Is the Most Useful Serving

For most current single-serve Naked smoothies, the clearest comparison is:

1 bottle = 15.2 fl oz

That matters because people commonly drink the whole bottle rather than measuring a smaller glass.

Whenever NutritionSolver has nutrition for a 15.2-ounce bottle, it should display the full-bottle value prominently.

Larger multi-serve bottles are different. Those should show both:

Nutrition per serving

and

Nutrition for the entire container

so an 8-ounce serving is not confused with a 46- or 64-ounce bottle.

Naked Has Changed Its Smoothies Recently

Current Naked smoothies are not necessarily nutritionally identical to bottles sold several years ago.

The company refreshed its lineup in late 2025. Its six Machine smoothies are now boosted with fiber and several vitamins, while its Protein and Fiber ranges were reformulated around more specific functional nutrition.

This means an older online value for Green Machine or Blue Machine may no longer describe the bottle currently sold in stores.

For this brand, the formula date matters almost as much as the flavor name .

Machines Are Now a Distinct Nutrition Group

Naked's current Machine range includes:

Green Machine

Blue Machine

Mighty Mango Machine

Strawberry Banana Machine

Rainbow Machine

Piña Colada Machine

The current formulas are positioned as boosted smoothies rather than simply older fruit smoothie recipes.

All six current Machines contain added functional nutrients, and Naked states that the range now includes fiber along with vitamins such as C, E, B6, and B12.

When comparing them, use the current formula rather than an archived label.

Green Machine Is Now 240 Calories Per Bottle

The current 15.2-ounce Green Machine contains approximately:

240 calories

62g carbohydrates

49g total sugar

6g fiber

2g protein

0g fat

The recipe contains fruit ingredients such as apple, mango, kiwi, and banana along with ingredients including spirulina, alfalfa, broccoli, spinach, ginger, parsley, kale, and garlic.

Its green appearance does not mean vegetables are the main source of calories. Most of its carbohydrates still come from the fruit and juice ingredients.

Total Sugar Is Not the Same as Added Sugar

This distinction is especially important on Naked pages.

Current Naked smoothies are marketed with 0g added sugar .

That does not mean they contain zero total sugar.

For example, Green Machine currently contains about 49g total sugar in one bottle even though its Nutrition Facts label reports 0g added sugar .

Those two values answer different questions:

Total sugar includes sugars naturally present in the fruit and juice ingredients.

Added sugar is the amount classified as added sugars on the Nutrition Facts label.

NutritionSolver should always keep these fields separate.

“No Added Sugar” Does Not Mean Low Calorie

A smoothie can contain no added sugar and still provide a significant amount of energy.

Fruit juice, fruit purée, banana, mango, grapes, pineapple, and other fruit ingredients naturally contain carbohydrates and sugar.

That means a bottle can legitimately contain:

0g added sugar

while still containing:

200+ calories and 40g+ total sugar

There is no contradiction between those numbers.

Blue Machine Is Different After the Refresh

Current Blue Machine contains approximately:

250 calories

62g carbohydrates

53g total sugar

6g fiber

1g protein

The current formula is substantially different from older Blue Machine nutrition data still found in some databases.

This makes Blue Machine one of the products where using the current bottle label is especially important.

The Machine Range Should Not Be Ranked Only by Color

Green, Blue, Mango, Strawberry Banana, Rainbow, and Piña Colada use different fruit combinations, but color is not a meaningful measure of calories or sugar.

Compare the actual nutrition values.

Piña Colada Machine, for example, contains coconut milk and therefore has some fat, while several other Machine smoothies contain little or no fat.

The ingredient profile explains more than the product color.

Piña Colada Machine Contains Fiber and Some Fat

The current Piña Colada Machine contains approximately:

240 calories

57g carbohydrates

46g sugar

6g fiber

2g protein

2g fat

Its ingredient list includes pineapple juice, apple juice from concentrate, banana purée, coconut milk, orange juice, and lemon juice.

The coconut milk makes its macro profile different from the mostly fat-free Machine flavors.

Protein Smoothies Are a Different Product Type

Naked's Protein smoothies are designed around a much higher protein content.

Current Protein products provide approximately:

20g plant-based protein per 15.2-ounce bottle

The protein source is soy protein.

These drinks also currently provide about 6g fiber and have lower total sugar than the leading Machine smoothie.

That makes them inappropriate to compare with Green Machine using calories alone.

For a Protein smoothie, compare:

Calories

Protein

Fiber

Total sugar

together.

Tropical Protein Provides 20g Protein

The current Tropical Protein smoothie contains approximately:

240 calories

20g protein

37g carbohydrates

26g total sugar

6g fiber

1.5g fat

It uses fruit and juice ingredients alongside isolated soy protein and coconut milk.

This is a very different macro balance from a standard Machine smoothie.

Double Berry Was Reformulated

Current Double Berry contains approximately:

220 calories

20g protein

34g carbohydrates

24g total sugar

6g fiber

1g fat

That current value is important because older versions of Double Berry were substantially higher in calories and carbohydrates.

When users search for Naked Double Berry calories, the current formula should be returned first.

Older nutrition can remain in the database only if it is clearly marked as historical.

Coco Gauff's Pineapple Orange Is a Protein Smoothie

Coco Gauff's Pineapple Orange combines real fruit and juice ingredients with coconut water, soy protein, and added micronutrients.

The current 15.2-ounce bottle contains approximately:

220 calories

20g protein

36g carbohydrates

28g total sugar

6g fiber

The drink also contains electrolytes from coconut water and sea salt.

It belongs in the Protein category rather than being grouped with the standard fruit Machines.

The Protein Line Expanded Again in 2026

The current Naked range has expanded beyond Tropical, Double Berry, and Pineapple Orange.

Two additional Protein smoothies launched nationally in 2026:

Chocolate Banana Protein

Blueberry Cheesecake Protein

Both contain 20g of plant-based protein and 6g of fiber per bottle.

That means any current Naked nutrition database that stops at three Protein flavors is already incomplete.

Chocolate Banana Has 280 Calories

The current Chocolate Banana Protein smoothie contains approximately:

280 calories

20g protein

44g carbohydrates

32g total sugar

6g fiber

3g fat

This makes it higher in calories than Tropical or Double Berry, even though all three provide 20g of protein.

The protein number alone therefore does not tell you which bottle has fewer calories.

Blueberry Cheesecake Has 250 Calories

The current Blueberry Cheesecake Protein smoothie contains approximately:

250 calories

20g protein

37g carbohydrates

32g total sugar

6g fiber

2.5g fat

It should have its own searchable nutrition record rather than being grouped under Double Berry because both happen to use berry flavors.

Fiber Smoothies Prioritize Fiber Rather Than Protein

Naked's Fiber range is built around a different nutrition goal.

Current Fiber smoothies provide:

9g fiber per bottle

rather than the 20g protein found in the Protein line.

The current flavors are:

Tropical Greens

Strawberry Lemon Ginger

These are useful to compare directly because both use the same 15.2-ounce single-bottle serving.

Tropical Greens Is One of the Lower-Calorie Smoothies

The current Tropical Greens Fiber smoothie contains approximately:

140 calories

39g carbohydrates

26g total sugar

9g fiber

1g protein

Its formula combines fruit ingredients and greens with added fiber.

This is significantly different from Green Machine despite both products having a green-focused identity.

Green Machine is part of the Machine range. Tropical Greens belongs to the Fiber range.

Strawberry Lemon Ginger Contains 9g Fiber

The current Strawberry Lemon Ginger Fiber smoothie contains approximately:

150 calories

43g carbohydrates

27g total sugar

9g fiber

1g protein

The current label also reports 0g added sugar .

Its nutrition should remain separate from Strawberry Banana Machine because the two products use different formulas and serve different product lines.

Fiber Should Not Be Assumed From the Word “Smoothie”

Some older Naked smoothie labels contained very little or no reported dietary fiber.

The current refreshed lineup has changed that.

All six current Machines now contain 6g fiber, Protein smoothies contain 6g, and Fiber smoothies contain 9g.

That makes the formula version critical when comparing a current bottle with older nutrition databases.

Coconut Water Uses a Different Serving Label

Naked Coconut Water comes in a current 16.9-ounce bottle , not the same standard 15.2-ounce format as most single-serve smoothies.

Its label provides both:

8 fl oz serving: about 40 calories

and

entire 16.9 fl oz bottle: about 80 calories

The whole bottle contains approximately:

21g carbohydrates

14g total sugar

95mg sodium

and less than 1g protein.

NutritionSolver should show both serving and container values clearly.

Coconut Water Is Not a Smoothie

Although it appears within the Naked product family, coconut water belongs to a separate beverage category.

It does not contain the fruit-purée structure or protein/fiber formulation of the smoothie lines.

This makes a useful product taxonomy:

Machines

Protein

Fiber

Coconut Water

rather than placing every Naked product under one undifferentiated “juice” heading.

Large Bottles Need Serving Math

Several Machine flavors are also sold in larger bottles such as 46 or 64 ounces.

The label on a large bottle may show nutrition for an 8-ounce serving .

If you pour 16 ounces, you consumed two published servings.

If you calculate the whole bottle, multiply by the total servings per container.

NutritionSolver should never place an 8-ounce large-bottle value beside a 15.2-ounce single-bottle value without showing the serving size.

Compare the Bottle That Is Actually on the Shelf

For Naked products, first identify the exact flavor, product range, bottle size, and current label .

Then compare the full-bottle values for calories, total sugar, fiber, carbohydrates, protein, fat, and sodium .

If you are using a large multi-serve bottle, calculate the amount you actually pour rather than assuming the label represents the entire container.

Because Naked has recently reformulated and expanded its lineup, current product labels should take priority over older nutrition records.
