At Dion’s, the same pizza name can have different nutrition depending on its size, crust, toppings, and how many slices you eat.

A 12-inch Original pizza slice is not the same serving as a 16-inch slice, and Dion’s thin Gourmet pizzas use a different crust and serving structure altogether. Subs, salads, dressings, sides, and desserts add another set of portion choices.

Use the Dion’s Nutrition Calculator above to match your order as closely as possible and calculate the calories, protein, carbs, fat, sodium, and other available nutrients in your complete meal.

Pizza Calories Start With the Crust and Size

Dion’s currently offers its Original Crust in several sizes, with calories listed per slice.

For a build-your-own Original Crust pizza, the current menu lists approximately:

12-inch Small: 210 calories per cheese slice

14-inch Medium: 240 calories per cheese slice

16-inch Large: 260 calories per cheese slice

Dion’s also sells individual slices and a 12-inch gluten-free crust.

This means “one slice of Dion’s pizza” is not a complete serving description. The pizza size matters.

When using the calculator, choose the correct diameter before adding toppings or multiplying by the number of slices you eat.

Gourmet Pizza Uses a Different Crust

Dion’s Gourmet pizzas use a thin, crispy crust with olive oil rather than the traditional Original Crust.

Current Gourmet crust options include:

10-inch: about 90 calories per base slice

14-inch: about 180 calories per base slice

The completed Gourmet pizzas then add ingredients such as provolone, Parmesan, pesto, turkey, chicken, Italian sausage, feta, olives, vegetables, or pine nuts.

Because the crust and toppings differ, a 14-inch Gourmet pizza should not be estimated from the nutrition of a 14-inch Original pizza.

Specialty Pizza Calories Change by Size

Dion’s signature pizzas have their own calorie ranges.

Current examples include:

505: about 250 to 310 calories per slice

Hawaiian: about 230 to 280 calories

Veggie: about 240 to 300 calories

Special: about 350 to 430 calories

Carnivore: about 370 to 470 calories

The higher number usually reflects the larger pizza size.

When comparing specialty pizzas, make sure you compare the same slice size rather than placing a small-pizza value beside a large-pizza value.

Green Chile Is a Dion’s-Specific Customization

Green chile appears throughout the Dion’s menu.

It is included on pizzas such as the 505 and can also be added to subs and other items.

Green chile itself adds relatively few calories compared with ingredients such as pepperoni, sausage, bacon, cheese, or pine nuts, but the total still depends on the serving used for your pizza or sandwich.

For a build-your-own pizza, select each topping separately so the calculator reflects the combination you actually order.

Pizza Toppings Should Match the Pizza Size

Dion’s topping portions vary with pizza size.

That is important because a pepperoni serving for a 12-inch pizza is not necessarily the same quantity as the pepperoni used on a 16-inch pizza.

NutritionSolver already contains many size-specific topping entries, including cheese, pepperoni, beef, ham, vegetables, olives, green chile, and other ingredients.

For the most accurate custom pizza estimate, use:

Crust and size + cheese + each topping + number of slices eaten

rather than adding one generic topping value to every pizza.

Subs Come in 6-Inch and 10-Inch Sizes

Dion’s subs use another clear portion distinction.

Current menu choices include Turkey & Swiss, Roast Beef & Provolone, Veggie, Italian, Ham & Swiss, Pastrami & Provolone, and Meatball & Provolone.

For example, Dion’s currently lists:

Turkey & Swiss: about 550 calories for 6 inches and 940 calories for 10 inches

Roast Beef & Provolone: about 560 and 970 calories

Italian: about 680 and 1,090 calories

The large version is therefore much more than a small calorie adjustment.

Always select the correct sandwich size.

Remember the Side That Comes With the Sub

Dion’s subs are served with a pickle and a choice of chips or a fruit cup.

The current menu lists approximately:

Chips: 320 calories

Fruit Cup: 90 calories

Pickle Spear: 5 calories

This creates a substantial difference between two otherwise identical sub orders.

If the NutritionSolver sandwich entry represents only the sub, add the side separately. If the side is already included in a bundled entry, avoid counting it twice.

Salad Size and Dressing Need Separate Attention

Dion’s salads are available in Half, Full, and Family portions.

A Full Greek Salad, Full Chicken Pecan Salad, and Half Tossed Salad represent very different quantities of food, so selecting the correct size is essential.

Dressing can also contribute a large share of the salad’s total calories.

Current Dion’s dressings generally range from roughly 190 to 360 calories per side serving on the menu, depending on the variety.

If your salad nutrition does not already include dressing, add the exact dressing separately.

Greek Dressing Can Change the Meal Significantly

Dion’s Greek Dressing is one of the brand’s signature items, but it is also a substantial nutrition component.

NutritionSolver currently contains a full dressing-container entry of about 450 calories and 50g of fat .

That is very different from adding a small amount of a lower-calorie condiment.

The amount you actually use matters, especially if you order extra dressing or use it with pizza, subs, or salads.

Goodies and Desserts Have Their Own Serving Rules

Dion’s also serves Cheese Toast, Garlic Toast, meatballs, cookies, brownies, and other extras.

Current menu values include approximately:

Cheese Toast: 190 calories per piece

Garlic Toast: 140 calories per piece

Side of Meatballs: 250 calories

Fruit Cup: 90 calories

Brownies and cookies can contribute several hundred calories per item.

If you share a large order of toast or dessert, calculate the number of pieces you personally eat rather than the entire package.

Calculate the Dion’s Order You Actually Eat

For pizza, start with the correct crust and diameter , add the toppings, and count the number of slices you actually eat.

For a sub, choose the correct 6-inch or 10-inch size and include your side. For a salad, use the correct portion and dressing.

That gives you a much clearer Dion’s nutrition total than relying on one generic number for pizza, sandwiches, or salads.
