Jet’s Pizza nutrition depends heavily on how the pizza is built.
A Large Detroit-Style pizza, an 8 Corner Pizza®, a Hand-Tossed Round, Thin Crust, NY Style, or Cauliflower Crust all use different serving structures. Then sauce, cheese, toppings, specialty recipes, crust flavoring, Ranch, and the number of pieces you eat change the final total again.
Use the Jet’s Pizza Nutrition Calculator above to match your crust, pizza size, specialty recipe, and serving quantity, then add sides, wings, dips, drinks, or desserts for the complete order.
Start With the Crust Style
Jet’s currently offers several very different pizza crusts:
Detroit-Style Deep Dish
Hand-Tossed Round
Thin Crust
NY Style
Seasoned Cauliflower
Gluten-Free
The crust is not just a texture choice. Each style has its own available sizes, number of pieces, and nutrition.
For a custom pizza, select the crust before adding cheese or toppings.
Detroit-Style Has Several Different Piece Sizes
Jet’s Detroit-Style pizza is the brand’s signature square pizza with a light, airy center and caramelized cheese around the crispy edges.
Current serving options include:
4 Corner Pizza®: 4 pieces
Large: 8 pieces
8 Corner Pizza®: 8 pieces
X-Large: 12 pieces
Party Tray: 24 pieces
The important detail is that these pieces are not all the same size.
Jet’s current nutrition menu lists the crust alone at approximately:
4 Corner Pizza® crust: 260 calories per piece
Large Detroit-Style crust: 210 calories per piece
8 Corner Pizza® crust: 260 calories per piece
X-Large crust: 210 calories per piece
Party Tray crust: 210 calories per piece.
These values are the starting point for a build-your-own pizza, not the complete nutrition of a finished cheese pizza.
Do Not Mistake Crust Calories for Cheese Pizza Calories
This is one of the most important details on a Jet’s nutrition page.
Jet’s official menu explicitly states that the base calories shown in its build-your-own section are “for crust only.” Cheese, sauce, and toppings add their own calories.
So a value such as:
Large Detroit-Style: 210 calories per piece
should not be interpreted as:
Finished Large Cheese Pizza: 210 calories per slice
unless the cheese and sauce are actually included in the source value.
For a custom pizza, calculate:
Crust + sauce + mozzarella + additional toppings
and then multiply by the number of pieces you eat.
Hand-Tossed Pizza Uses Different Slice Math
Jet’s Hand-Tossed Round pizza currently comes in:
Small 10-inch: 4 pieces
Medium 12-inch: 8 pieces
Large 14-inch: 8 pieces.
The official crust-only values are approximately:
Small: 210 calories per piece
Medium: 130 calories
Large: 180 calories.
A Small slice can therefore contain more crust than a Medium slice even though the pizza itself is smaller, because the pizzas are cut into a different number of pieces.
Always match both diameter and slice count .
Thin, NY Style, Cauliflower, and Gluten-Free Need Their Own Bases
Other Jet’s crusts use completely different serving structures.
Current official information lists approximately:
Thin Crust Small: 110 calories per crust piece
Thin Crust Large: 120 calories
NY Style Large: 140 calories
Seasoned Cauliflower Small: 90 calories
Gluten-Free Small: 120 calories
before the rest of the pizza is built.
Do not calculate one of these pizzas by subtracting calories from a Detroit-Style slice. Use the correct crust as the starting point.
Specialty Pizza Calories Depend on the Crust
Jet’s specialty pizzas combine complete ingredient recipes, but their calories still vary with crust style and serving size.
Current specialty options include:
Ultimate Pepperoni
All Meaty®
Aloha BBQ Chicken
BBQ Chicken
BLT
Buffalo Ranch Chicken
Chicken Bacon Ranch
Eugene Supreme®
Hawaiian
Super Special
Veggie
Jet 10® .
For example, Jet’s current menu gives broad per-piece ranges such as:
All Meaty®: about 230 to 480 calories
Aloha BBQ Chicken: about 230 to 440
Chicken Bacon Ranch: about 260 to 450
Veggie: about 170 to 400.
Those ranges exist because the same recipe can be prepared on different crust styles.
Jet 10® Is a Much Different Pizza From Veggie
Jet 10® combines pepperoni, ham, hamburger, Italian sausage, bacon, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, and black olives with pizza sauce and mozzarella.
Veggie uses mushrooms, onions, green peppers, black olives, and tomatoes instead.
Both may use the same crust, but the finished calorie, protein, fat, and sodium values can be very different because the toppings are different.
Compare the actual specialty recipe instead of judging a pizza only by its crust.
Build Your Own Pizza Should Work Ingredient by Ingredient
The strongest Jet’s calculator structure is:
Crust style → size → sauce → cheese → toppings → pieces eaten
Jet’s officially lets customers choose crust, sauces, premium mozzarella, extra cheeses, and toppings when creating a custom pizza.
For example:
Large Detroit-Style + pizza sauce + mozzarella + pepperoni
should produce a different total from:
Large Detroit-Style + BBQ sauce + mozzarella + chicken + bacon
even though the base crust is identical.
Extra Cheese Has Its Own Calories
Premium mozzarella is standard on most pizzas, while feta, cheddar, and extra mozzarella can be added.
Jet’s current nutrition menu gives additional cheese calorie ranges because the amount used changes by crust and size.
If extra cheese is selected, it should be counted as an actual customization.
Do not simply use the standard cheese pizza value.
Flavorize Your Crust For Free® Still Changes the Recipe
Jet’s lets customers flavor the crust with options such as:
Butter
Cajun
Garlic
Jet’s Turbo Crust®
Romano
Sesame Seed .
These additions may be free in price, but “free” does not mean nutritionally identical to an unflavored crust.
Butter, Romano cheese, sesame seeds, and Turbo-style preparations can add ingredients to the pizza.
Where verified nutrition is available, the selected crust flavor should be included in the calculation.
Jet’s Ranch Can Be a Major Addition
Jet’s Ranch is one of the brand’s most recognizable extras.
The current official menu lists a standard Ranch dipping serving at approximately 430 calories . Butter Garlic is about 190 calories , Blue Cheese about 280 , and Pizza Sauce about 100 calories .
That means:
3 pizza slices
and
3 pizza slices + full Ranch cup
are significantly different orders.
If Ranch is already part of a specialty pizza recipe, such as Chicken Bacon Ranch or Buffalo Ranch Chicken, do not add it twice. Add a separate serving only when you actually order extra Ranch.
Cajun Ranch Is a Current Menu Addition
Jet’s is currently promoting Cajun Ranch , which combines its house Ranch with Cajun seasoning.
Because it is a newer menu item, it should have its own nutrition record once a verified current value is available.
Do not automatically assign regular Ranch nutrition to Cajun Ranch unless Jet’s confirms the serving and formulation produce the same value.
Wings Need Both Piece Count and Sauce
Jet’s current menu offers bone-in wings with sauces such as:
Plain
BBQ
Honey BBQ
Sweet Red Chili
Mild Buffalo
Hot .
Official menu guidance gives approximately 80 to 90 calories per wing , depending on preparation.
The sauce should be matched to the order because BBQ, Honey BBQ, Buffalo, and other preparations can change carbs, sugar, sodium, and calories.
Boneless Chicken Uses a Different Serving Definition
Boneless Chicken is not published using exactly the same serving unit as bone-in wings.
Jet’s current menu identifies a 10 oz serving , with nutrition shown on a piece-related basis in its menu materials.
A strong calculator should clearly state whether the displayed value represents:
one piece
one ounce
or
the entire serving
so users do not accidentally multiply the wrong number.
Jet’s Bread Comes With Dipping Sauce
Current side options include:
Jet’s Bread®
Deep Dish Bread®
Jet’s Triple Cheese Turbo Stix® .
The official menu lists roughly:
Jet’s Bread: 130 calories per piece
Deep Dish Bread: 140 calories
Triple Cheese Turbo Stix: 150 calories.
Each is served with a choice of dipping sauce.
If the bread value does not already include the sauce, add Ranch, Pizza Sauce, or another dip separately.
Deli Boat Calories Are Shown for Half a Sandwich
Jet’s Deli Boats are calzone-style sandwiches made with pizza dough.
Current official values are approximately:
Italian Deli Boat: 690 calories
Ham & Cheese Deli Boat: 640 calories
Veggie Deli Boat: 600 calories.
But Jet’s specifically states that these values are for half a sandwich .
If you eat the entire Deli Boat, the calculator must reflect two published portions.
This serving detail should appear directly beside the nutrition number.
Jet’s Boat Uses the Same Half-Sandwich Issue
Jet’s Boat® is a customizable calzone-style sandwich with mozzarella and pizza toppings.
Official nutrition is approximately 500 to 610 calories for half the sandwich , depending on the toppings.
Do not display that number as though it describes the full 10-inch Boat.
Salad Dressing Can Be Larger Than the Salad Base
Jet’s currently offers Antipasto, Garden, and Greek salads.
Official menu ranges list approximately:
Antipasto Salad: 120 to 170 calories
Garden Salad: 70 to 100
Greek Salad: 80 to 110
before considering the selected dressing and serving configuration. Dressings can range from very low values up to roughly 350 calories depending on type and serving.
That makes dressing a central part of the salad calculation rather than a minor extra.
Dessert Calories Are Per Piece
Jet’s current desserts include:
Chocolate Chip Cookie
Chocolate Chip Brownie
Cinnamon Stix .
Official calorie values are approximately:
Cookie: 150 calories per piece
Brownie: 150 calories per piece
Cinnamon Stix: 130 calories per piece.
The cookie and brownie are each cut into eight pieces, while Cinnamon Stix are sold as 12 pieces.
If you eat several pieces, multiply accordingly.

For pizza, start with the exact crust, size, specialty recipe or build-your-own ingredients, and number of pieces .
Then add any extra cheese, toppings, crust flavoring, Ranch or other dips .
Finally, include your wings, Jet’s Bread, Deli Boat, salad, drink, or dessert .
